My Approach To Therapy

Yá'át'ééh/Hello. I am a Diné and Indigenous woman originally from a place called Bįįh Bitoo (Deer Spring) in Arizona. My Diné tribal lineage are Salt Water born for the Rows of Houses clans. I am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) earning my experience, skills, and teachings from a clinical discipline. As a therapist I practice in strength-based, holistic, Indigenous, and client centered approaches.

Along with my clinical knowledge I bring to you, Indigenous ways of knowing, positive wisdom, and a blend of Indigenous-Western healing approaches. I understand the impact of historical trauma, intergenerational trauma, and generalized trauma on the human spirit. I am passionate in helping you through your healing journey.
