Shalon Drags Wolf, TCYM, (She/Her)

Hello! My name is Shalon, I am from the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation. I am also Cheyenne River Lakota and Navajo. I am passionate about what yoga offers to the mind, body, and spirit. I currently hold my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and 28 CEU hours with The Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method Teacher Training. As an Indigenous woman who has struggled with substance mis-use, I’ve found yoga to be extremely beneficial in developing a greater mind/body awareness and connection. I would like to share my knowledge of yoga and anatomy to help my clients obtain proper alignment and load optimization, as well as creating a peaceful and meditative environment for the mind and spirit.
